For the last several weeks during Library time, 1st-4th graders have been listening to Saving Fiona, The Story of the World's Most Famous Baby Hippo, by Thane Maynard, Director of the Cincinnati Zoo & Botanical Garden. Fiona was born prematurely in 2017, and the story chronicles her first several months of life with her human caregivers at the Zoo. She has become a huge media sensation due to many social media postings by the Zoo. One video link resource is found here:
